3.What material?
Inflatable games is made by PVC Tarpaulin. The Flame Retardant is suitable for BS5852(British Standard). Our material have many certifications such as EN-71, UV, 3P Test report, and air blower have CE/UL certification. The other products are made of fabric, such as Arches, Cartoons, Products shape, Tents, Air dancers ,Christmas products and so on.
4.Can you print my picture or logo on the products?
Yes, we can print your picture or logo on the inflatable products, and you can offer the picture in any format made by Photoshop or Coredraw.
5.Can you design one specially?
Yes, please send us details and a sketch or a picture of your requirements and we will quote you our best price.
6.What included in products?
It is included inflatable games, warning banner, air blower, repair kits(including the same color's material, glue etc).
7.What kind of guarantee you give?
Our inflatable games can be used more than 5 years. If it is damaged, you can use the glue and material to repair it. Because it is too long distance to ship goods back, we will send a kit bag for every inflatable products.

Yes, our blowers have passed the certificates of CE,UL,GS,PSE and SAA.

10.How do I order?

11.How do I pay?
Please transmit (T/T, Western union or Money Gram) the payment from your bank to our bank, 50% in advance, and the other 50% must be paied before shipment. If the order is urgent, you'd better pay 100% in advance.
12.How do you start the order?
We will start your order after receiving the down payment which is 50% of total payment. when order finished, we will e-mail you the digital photo for your confirmation. we will send the goods to you after receiving the balance payment.
13.Producing time?
Our regular producing time for 1pcs inflatable games is 3-15 days, excluding transit time, from the date of confirmation. however, it can be +/- depending on the design and the dimensions.
14.Shipping?
Our inflatable products can be delivery by sea, by air or by express. The approximate transit time by air or express is 5 working days maximum and by sea 15-30 days. The shipping cost is different for different country.
15. After service:
We are responsible for making some modifications as you need and your purchase can be reproducted and refunded if there are serious quality problems.
